This Privacy Policy explains how Gently ("we", "us", "our") handles your personal data when you use our website gently.life, the mobile application Gently (the "App"), and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data we collect and how we use it

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Services, deliver and measure advertising, and process payments. We don't sell your personal data.

AI-generated plans. Information you enter in the App (such as your goal or target weight) is sent to the AI service OpenRouter to generate personalized daily plans. We don't retain this data on our own servers beyond what's needed to deliver the plan to you. OpenRouter Privacy Policy

Payments. All payment information is processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. Limited information (such as your email and the products you purchased) is shared with Stripe so it can process the subscription and send receipts. Stripe Privacy Policy

Website analytics. Amplitude records interactions, page views, and events on the website and in the App to help us understand usage and improve the Services. For payment-related events your email address may be included. Amplitude Privacy Policy

Advertising and measurement. We work with the following advertising partners so we can show you relevant ads and measure how our ads perform. These partners may set cookies, use pixels, or otherwise collect information about your device and your interactions with our site, and we may also send limited event information to them from our servers (for example, to attribute a purchase to an ad you saw).

We don't share your name, card number, password, or other directly identifying account credentials with these advertising partners. We may share hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email) where allowed by law in order to improve ad attribution.

2. Cookies, tracking, and your choices

The Services use cookies and similar technologies (including the third-party pixels listed above) for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. When you first visit gently.life, our cookie banner asks for your consent to non-essential cookies. You can:

• Accept, reject, or customize cookie categories at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer.
• Disable cookies or tracking in your browser settings.
• Send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — we honor these signals where applicable.
