All payments for Gently are processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
- Cancellation & Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- For renewal charges, refunds are available if you contact us within 3 days after the renewal charge.
- To request a cancellation or a refund, please email [email protected] and we will assist you.
- Deleting the App or your local data does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund, except as described in this Policy.

- Commitment Plans (if applicable)
- From time to time, Gently may offer discounted subscription plans with a minimum commitment period.
- Commitment plans cannot be cancelled before the end of the commitment period, except:
- Where required by applicable law.
- If you contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, in which case you will only be charged for the first billing period and any future charges will be cancelled.
- Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
- Cooling-Off Periods (Legal Minimums)
- If you reside in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory cooling-off period (for example, certain U.S. states such as California or Connecticut), you may be entitled to cancel your purchase for a full refund within the legally required timeframe.
- Requests must be sent to [email protected] before the end of the applicable cooling-off period.
